  How do I become a registered user ?

 
  Go to "My Account", then "Create Profile". Type in your info, "Confirm" and you should be all set !

  Why should I become a registered user ?  
 

For convenience:
1. You won't have to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically.

2. You can browse shop and delay your order. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that you can come back and complete your order later. Please note that adding gear to your shopping bag does not guarantee item availability.

  What if my user info changes ?  
  No problem. Edit or update your account information or address book at any time by logging-on and using the menu to update your billing information, address book and password.

  Click here to unsubscribe.

  How do I place an order ?  
  Select a department from the menu banner. Click on an item, choose a color, a size, qty. and "Add to Bag". Continue shopping for additional gear or "View Bag" to proceed to check out.

  How do I add items to my shopping bag ?  
  After you "Add to Bag", the items will be placed in your shopping bag until you check out. You can review your bag anytime by clicking on the "View Bag/Checkout" button. If an item that you selected is not appearing in your shopping bag, double check its availability. To remove anything from your shopping bag, click on "Delete".

  What does it mean if an item is missing sizes from the "Select Size" dropdown ?  
  Sizes not shown in the dropdown are no longer available.

  What does it mean if an item is "In Stock", "Not Available", or "Backordered" ?  
 
All items in your shopping bag will be either "in stock", "not available", or "backordered". "In stock" items should be received in 7-10 business days. All items that are "not available" are no longer available at this time. Please check back with us for updates on merchandise availability as we may receive more inventory. "Backordered" items are temporarily out of stock but are expected to be available soon. A date will show indicating the date we expect to receive the item. Due to unexpected delays, this date is subject to change. If no date shows, the item is expected to come in within 10 days. Backordered items will be shipped immediately once inventory replenishment has been processed. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until the items ship. Backordered items cannot be sent overnight.

  How do I checkout ?  
  Checking out is an easy four step process.
1. Click on the "My Bag/Checkout" button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.
2. Click on the "Checkout" button to advance on to the "Address" page. Here you will enter your Billing and Shipping information. Type in all your info, (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address to avoid delays in your order) and select your shipping method. Registered users will already have their Billing Info filled in but can still edit it or choose a different shipping address.
3. Click on the "Proceed" button to advance to the "Payment" page. Verify your Billing and Shipping addresses and type in your credit card information.
4. Click "Process Order" to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button. A confirmation page will appear, indicating that the order has been received.

  How can I be sure my order went through ?  
  When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail contact us at cs@privatestructure.hk before placing another order.

  How do I pay for my order ?  
  We accept AliPay or credit cards (Visa and Master).

  How is sales tax calculated ?  
  Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where it is being shipped.
International orders are excused from sale's tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs.

  How do I know that my order has been shipped ?
 
  When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

  How do I order and send a gift to someone ?  
  Fill out the recipient's info in "Shipping Address".

  What is your return & exchange policy ?
 
 
1. Return & exchange Restrictions
 

We cannot accept returns of underwear, unless you have received the wrong item or flawed merchandise, for hygiene reasons.

Before placing your order, please make sure the measurements for your size, waist and chest are correct, and be sure that you have selected the color you want. Before opening the package, please refer to the outside of the package to verify that the items received are the ones that you ordered.
   
2. Returns/Exchanges
  We can not accept your returns or exchanges more than seven days after you receive your order. We apologize for your inconvenience. The returned and exchanged merchandise must be unopened and returned as received, including the price tag, stickers, wrapping, invoice and original packaging.
   
3. Returns
  We will accept your returns, but please e-mail us and return your original packaging and invoice.  You will need to pay the shipping costs for your return when you mail your package. When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund the cost of the purchase in accordance with your method of payment, but exclude your shipping cost.
   
4. Exchanges
 

We will only accept your exchanges once. Please inform us by e-mail and return your original packaging and invoice. (Depending on the cost of the new item you prefer), you may need to pay the difference, or we will refund the difference, in accordance with your method of payment.

You will need to pay the shipping cost for your exchanges when you return the merchandise to us. We will pay the postage for you (when we send you your new merchandise).
   
5. Flawed products/returns of incorrect orders
  After we accept the flawed products or the return of incorrect orders, we will refund your money within 7 business days. We will also pay the shipping fee. So, you do not need to worry about paying another shipping fee.

  How long does shipping take ?  
 

Hong Kong: Orders take 3-5 business days for delivery.
China: Orders take 3-7 business days for delivery.
International: Orders take 3-15 business days for delivery.

Shipping & Handling (S&H)

Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are based on the total weight of your order, destination and shipping method.

  Will you convert my total into my currency ?  
 

No.
For credit card payment:-
We bill your credit card in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.

For AliPay A/C payment:-
We bill your AliPay A/C in Chinese Yuan (CNY).
