Among these benefits is the Member Points (MAD FUN) Redemption Program, which, after multiple tests, has finally launched in October 2023. It offers a rewarding experience with up to 10% cashback on your total expenditure. We will continue to add more redemption products and services to provide you with more shopping discounts and an enhanced shopping experience.

Earning Methods:

1. Register as a member with us.
2. For every HK$1 spent by a member, you will earn 1 Member Point (MAD FUN).
3. Basic members and above, when making purchases during their birthday month, will earn 2 Member Points (MAD FUN) for every HK$1 spent.

* We will gradually introduce additional methods and events for earning Member Points (MAD FUN).

Redemption Process:

1. Browse Products - Explore the items available in our Member Redemption Zone on our website. Products fall into two categories: 1. Points Redemption 2. Points + Discount Price Redemption. Each product will display its corresponding point value and point value plus discounted price.

2. Select Products to Redeem - Choose the items you wish to redeem and add them to your shopping cart.

3. Checkout - At the checkout page, you will see an option inquiring if you wish to use points for payment. Select the option to use points for payment, along with other payment methods.

4. Enjoy Your Products - After completing the checkout, we will arrange for the delivery of your redeemed products as a token of our gratitude for your support of "MAD Lifestyle."
