The Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance

1.1 Statement on the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance")

Excellent Match Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") respects personal data and is committed to fully implementing and complying with the data protection principles and all relevant provisions of the Ordinance. This policy applies to members of the Private Structure, MAD, and MAD Lifestyle membership programs (hereinafter referred to as "Members"), as well as other individuals whose personal data is collected, used, and stored by the Company through various means. If you are unable or unwilling to provide complete and accurate personal data, the Company may be unable to process your membership application or provide or continue to provide you with the products, offers, and services under this program.

By using this Website, you understand and agree to the above privacy policy and accept the processing of your personal data by this Website, including the use of Cookies on your computer, mobile phone, or any electronic device, or the use of such data in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing such data. If you reside outside of Hong Kong, your data will be processed and stored in accordance with the Hong Kong Privacy Ordinance.

1.2 Data Collection and Use

The Company only collects, uses, and stores your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and member purchase and points records. The Company may automatically collect certain information, including but not limited to: (a) location data to provide location-based search services; (b) International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) to provide important information and notifications; (c) your activity log while using this Website for future reference; and (d) Cookies from applications or browsers on your computer, mobile phone, or any electronic device to understand your usage habits. You may provide your personal data voluntarily. If you are under 18 years of age, please consult your parent or guardian before providing personal data. If we are unable to obtain information marked as "mandatory," we may not be able to provide the services, products, gifts, rewards, offers, or information you have requested. When you use and register as a member of this Website, the Website will obtain the personal data you provide. You may choose whether to register. Please note that if you do not register, some services provided by this Website may be unavailable. The personal data you provide and the data generated, collected, or held by the Company in relation to your membership ("Personal Data") may be used and retained by the Company for the following purposes:

• Processing your membership application;
• Providing you with products, offers, and services under the membership program;
• Promoting services and products offered by the Company, its wholly-owned companies, subsidiaries, or associated companies, and/or individuals or companies collaborating with the membership program ("Participating Merchants");
• Providing you with rewards and offers selected for you by the Company and/or Participating Merchants. For this purpose, the Company and Participating Merchants may need to process and analyze your Personal Data to better understand your lifestyle, purchasing behavior, characteristics, and needs. The results of such analysis may be shared and used by members of the Company and Participating Merchants;
• Conducting verification procedures on your Personal Data (as defined by the Ordinance) when appropriate or necessary, and using the obtained or verified data for legal proceedings against you;
• Providing you with details and information about the membership program on a regular basis;
• Normal management, operation, and maintenance of the membership program;
• Designing new services or improving existing services for the Company and Participating Merchants and conducting related research;
• Investigating complaints and suspected suspicious transactions;
• Preventing and detecting crime;
• Disclosing information as required by law; and
• Purposes related to the above.

When you conduct transactions with the Company or use this Website, the Company will keep records of all your activities. It is the Company's general policy to retain such information for a reasonable period.

1.3 Data Confidentiality and Transfer

The Company will keep your Personal Data confidential but may disclose and transfer your Personal Data to members of the Company, Participating Merchants, agents, contractors, suppliers of telecommunications or other services to the Company, any other person under a duty of confidentiality to the Company, and any actual or proposed assignee of the membership program or the Company's business (whether in Hong Kong or overseas).

1.4 Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing

The Company is entitled to use your Personal Data for the following direct marketing purposes:

• Using your name, contact information, service and product portfolio information, lifestyle, and purchasing behavior held by the Company from time to time for direct marketing;
• Marketing the following services and products offered by the Company, other members of the Company, and/or Participating Merchants from time to time:
  • Consumer goods; and
  • Footwear, clothing, apparel, and accessories;
• Providing your Personal Data described in paragraph (i) above to any member of the Company and/or Participating Merchants for their use in direct marketing of the services and products described in paragraph (ii) above.

If you do not wish the Company to use your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, you may opt-out from receiving such materials by emailing our Customer Service Officer at cs@privatestructure.hk, contacting us via WhatsApp at (852) 5523 6910, or writing to the Company at the address listed in section 1.7 below, stating your name and membership number.

1.5 Member Rights

To ensure the accuracy of the personal data, including contact information, held by the Company, you may receive confirmation or verification requests from us. You also have the following rights:

• To check whether the Company holds any of your Personal Data;
• To access the Personal Data held by the Company;
• To request the Company to correct any inaccurate Personal Data;
• To ascertain the Company's policies and practices regarding Personal Data (from time to time); and
• To request to no longer receive promotional materials.

1.6 Third-Party Website Links

When you click on any advertisement or link on the Company's website, you may leave our platform and enter the websites of our advertisers, content providers, suppliers, affiliates, or partners. Your visit to such websites is not protected by this Privacy Policy. The Company does not own or control these third-party websites. We have not authorized them to collect your personal data. Therefore, the Company cannot and will not assume any risk for the personal data you provide to third-party websites or any loss arising from their practices and policies. You should contact the relevant website administrators or owners directly with questions about their privacy practices and policies.
