SF Express Self-Pickup Service (Locker / Store / Partner Point)

【Important Notice】

To combat fraud, SF Express has discontinued SMS notifications for pickups. All pickup reminders and codes are now sent via push notifications through the official "SFHK App". Please download the app and enable notifications in advance.

Pickup Steps:

Download the "SFHK App" and allow notifications.
Once you receive the pickup notification via the app, open it to find your shipment.
Tap on the shipment to display the Pickup QR Code.
Present the QR Code to staff at an SF Store or scan it at an EF Locker to collect your parcel.

Overdue Surcharges:
To ensure smooth operations, please collect your parcel within the designated time to avoid overdue fees.

SF Store / SF Business Station: Free storage for the first 2 business days (excluding Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays). A surcharge of HK$15 per business day applies thereafter.
SF EF Locker: Free storage for the first 24 hours. A surcharge of HK$15 per 24-hour period applies thereafter.

Home Delivery

Provided by SF Express (Hong Kong) or JD Logistics, with tracking available. Please ensure the shipping address is correct to avoid extra charges or order cancellation.

Restricted Delivery Times for Specific Areas (excluding public holidays):

Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (delivery times subject to logistics company's schedule).

Currently, delivery is not available to: Lantau Island, Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and other outlying islands.

Mainland China Delivery

Customs Requirement: As per Taiwan Customs regulations, recipients must provide their full Chinese name and ID number, and complete real-name authentication using the official "EZ WAY" app to expedite clearance. Failure to complete this verification may cause delays.

Services are provided by Hongkong Post, FedEx, or SF Express, with tracking available. Orders typically arrive in 4–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important Notes

Dispatch Time: Please provide a valid mobile number to receive notifications. Orders placed and paid before midnight will be dispatched on the next business day at the earliest (orders after midnight are postponed by one day). Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery Failure: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, multiple failed contact attempts, unreasonable refusal, failure to pick up from a designated point, or refusal of third-party pickup services, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, redelivery charges, and penalties from the logistics company. The order may be cancelled without a refund.
International Shipping Risks: For international orders, please be aware that customs clearance may affect delivery times. Delivery may be delayed due to pandemics or other force majeure events. For the latest service updates, please refer to the Hongkong Post announcements.
