Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Arrangements

For hygiene reasons, all items sold through www.PrivateStructure.hk (hereinafter referred to as "this website") are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product quality issues or incorrect order shipment.

If you receive a product with quality issues or an incorrect item, you must return it within seven (7) days of receipt. Otherwise, the return request will not be processed. The returned item must be sent back with the original delivery note and order confirmation for us to process the exchange.

We will only process exchanges for the same item in the same color and style for qualifying cases. Refunds in any form or for any reason are not available once a product is sold. For any return or exchange application, please ensure the product is in a resalable condition with its original packaging intact.

Definition of Quality Issues & Incorrect Shipment

  • Manufacturing-related problems;
  • Discrepancies in product color, pattern, model, or material from the website description (color variations between product images and the actual item are not included);
  • Incorrect sizing;
  • Incorrect item received;
  • Defects or product quality issues.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We are unable to process returns or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:

  • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to contact with excessive moisture, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, seawater, or excessive heat;
  • Products with detached threads or cracks due to abrasion from hard external objects or internal wear;
  • Product damage due to improper shipping;
  • Product damage or fading due to improper washing;
  • Product fading due to display purposes;
  • Product packaging is not intact or is unclean;
  • The product was not sold by this website.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return for a quality issue or incorrect shipment, you must contact us by email at cs@privatestructure.hk within three (3) days of receiving your order. Late applications will not be accepted. Contact through any other channel will not be considered an official request.

If your purchase is confirmed to be eligible for a return or exchange, we will reply via email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
