Service Details
SF Express Locker
Provided by SF Express (Hong Kong) with tracking available. Once your parcel arrives at the smart locker, you will receive a pickup code via SMS. Please pick up your parcel within **24 hours** to avoid additional storage fees.
Pickup Steps:
- Select "Pick up" on the smart locker screen.
- Enter the 6-digit pickup code and press "Pick up".
- The locker door will open automatically; retrieve your parcel and close the door.
- The screen will display "Pickup Successful".
This service is only available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and some outlying islands (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Tung Chung).
SF Express Partner Locations
Provided by SF Express (Hong Kong) with tracking available. Once your parcel arrives at the designated location, you will receive an SMS notification. Please pick up your parcel within **24 hours**, as late fees may apply for overdue pickups.
If you have not received a notification or need to check your waybill, please visit the SF Express website or call their customer service hotline at 2730 0273 (press 1 and 7).
Home Delivery
Provided by SF Express (Hong Kong) or JD Logistics, with tracking available. Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address; otherwise, additional fees may apply or the order may be cancelled.
Restricted delivery hours for specific areas (excluding public holidays):
- Ma Wan: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (12:00–16:00)
- Discovery Bay: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (12:00–16:00)
- Tung Chung: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (16:00–22:30)
Delivery is currently unavailable for: Lantau Island, Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, Disneyland, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, and other outlying islands.

Provided by Hong Kong Post ("e-Express," "Vantage," or "Speedpost"), or by FedEx and SF Express, with tracking available for all services.
For orders placed and paid before midnight (12:00 AM), we will ship on the next business day (orders after midnight will be processed the following day). Delivery generally takes 4–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Important Notes
Courier App Security Update:
Effective August 6, 2024, SF Express (Hong Kong) will change its pickup notifications to be sent via the SFHK mobile app instead of SMS. Please enable push notifications on your phone and track your delivery status directly in the SFHK app.
Delivery Failure Policy:
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, multiple failed contact attempts, unjustified refusal, overdue self-pickup, or refusal of third-party pickup services, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees, re-delivery charges, and any fines imposed by the courier. The order may be cancelled without a refund.
International Delivery Risks:
